2017计价软件，使用一键调价功能，出现弹窗，提示：Unhandled exception has occurred in your application. If you click Continue,the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. If you click Quit, the application will close immediately. An item with the same key has already been added.

问题原因：因用户从其他地方复制黏贴文字至软件中，工程概况界面信息（工程名称、标段名称、招标人）存在特殊字符。

解决方式：建议从其他地方复制文字等信息后，黏贴至记事本（.txt）后再复制到软件中。
